  • Earlier than you think. Large corporate and end-of-year bookings start coming in from around April, and the best dates in November and December tend to go first. If you have a date or a rough headcount in mind, get in touch early and we will hold the details together.

  • Yes. Corporate end-of-year events are one of the things we do best, from seated team dinners to larger exclusive functions. Our CBD location near SkyCity and the NZICC makes us an easy gathering point for teams across Auckland.

  • Both. You can reserve an area within the wider venue for a more casual celebration, or book an exclusive space for a dedicated, private feel. The right choice usually comes down to your group size and the style of night you are after.

  • Yes. Because December dates go quickly, a deposit secures your date and locks it in. The amount depends on your group size and the space you choose, and our events team will confirm the details when you book. The sooner you confirm, the better your choice of dates.

  • Decorations are welcome if you've booked an exclusive space, where the area is yours for the evening. For shared festive bookings, we're not able to allow decorating, since the venue is open to other guests at the same time. If you're in an exclusive space, just a few house rules: no confetti or glitter, no tape on the walls, and anything you bring goes home with you on the night.
